Key Responsibilities Provide expert HandS advice to project and SHEQ teams.Support the implementation of policies, procedures, risk controls and management systems.Lead and support audits, inspections and SHEQ assurance activities.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.Work closely with project teams and clients to identify and manage risks.Monitor performance data, identify trends and recommend improvements.Support compliance with UK HandS legislation, CDM and relevant HSE guidance.Promote continuous improvement and sustainable ways of working.Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues at all levels.
