The Opportunity
As a Senior HSE Advisor, you''ll provide expert guidance to managers and site teams, helping to strengthen Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the operation.
You''ll support a proactive HSE culture through audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, while providing practical Health, Safety and Environmental advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and operational teams.
• Lead audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Analyse incident trends and recommend Health, Safety and Environmental improvements.
• Support HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and Management of Change activities.
• Manage contractor requirements, inductions and site audits.
• Deliver Health, Safety and Environmental training and support behavioural safety initiatives.
• Assist with COMAH, environmental permitting and statutory compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness and maintain relationships with relevant authorities.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience working in a safety role on a COMAH site.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, auditing and risk management.
• Experience with process safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID or LOPA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
