Key Responsibilities * Provide practical health and safety advice to managers and employees. * Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and accident investigations. * Develop and review health and safety policies, procedures and management systems. * Monitor health and safety performance and identify areas for improvement. * Deliver health and safety training, guidance and support. * Advise on emergency procedures, fire safety, contractors and CDM compliance. * Work closely with HR, Occupational Health, Risk Management, Building Services and Trade Union representatives. * Liaise with the HSE, Fire & Rescue Services and other relevant authorities.
