Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor

Overview

We are recruiting for experienced Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisors to join a major UK infrastructure project. This is a site-based role supporting the safe delivery of complex civil engineering works within a collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible health, safety and wellbeing leadership on site.
• Carry out inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Support the planning and delivery of high-risk works.
• Coach and engage with operatives, supervisors and management.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Health & Safety Advisor within construction, infrastructure or another high-risk industry.
• Strong site-based health & safety experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, proactive approach to health and safety.

Essential Qualifications

• CSCS Card.
• NVQ Level 4, 5 or 6 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.
