Senior Hardware Technical Lead

Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across the full hardware development lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior electronics professional who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical governance, mentoring, and project leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping hardware development practices while leading the delivery of complex, high-performance electronic systems.The RoleAs the senior technical authority within the hardware engineering function, you will drive engineering excellence across electronics, mechanical design, and FPGA development activities. Working closely with systems engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure technical quality, programme delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
