Senior Hardware Engineer / Technical LeadLead Electronics EngineerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer / Technical Lead to join an innovative technology business developing advanced electronic products.This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role, offering significant autonomy and ownership across the full product lifecycle. You will provide technical direction for new product development, lead engineering activities from concept through to production, and play a key role in shaping product architecture, engineering best practice and design strategy.Working within a small, highly skilled engineering team, you will act as the technical authority across multiple projects, guiding design decisions, supporting and mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality electronic products.
