Senior Health And Safety Manager - Building Safety and FireLocation: London Salary: £70,000 + BenefitsWe''re looking for an experienced Senior Building Safety and Fire Manager to lead building safety and fire compliance across a complex portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.Key Responsibilities Lead building safety and fire compliance activities across the portfolio.Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Order and related legislation.Manage fire risk assessments and oversee completion of remedial actions.Support Safety Case Reports and maintenance of Golden Thread information.Liaise with regulators, Fire and Rescue Services and other key stakeholders.Provide expert advice on building safety, fire safety and emerging legislation.Produce compliance reports and support a strong organisational safety culture. About You Proven experience in building safety, fire safety or compliance management.Strong knowledge of current building safety and fire safety legislation.Experience working within complex, occupied buildings, ideally high-rise or mixed-use developments.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualification in Fire Safety, Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Health and Safety or a related field.Professional membership (IFE, IFSM, IOSH, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) desirable.
