About The Role
Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale our marketing initiatives in international markets, and that’s where you come in. Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos that convert into closed won deals. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work. In this role, you’ll own our direct-to-demo high-intent motion to drive qualified demos for new logo sales within the UK, and potentially other parts of EMEA. You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, optimizing performance across existing paid social channels like LinkedIn and Meta, and you will run experiments on other channels like email, review sites and more. This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll partner closely with our engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing operations, and sales teams to help Rippling win. Your initiatives will directly affect the growth trajectory of all Rippling’s international markets, including APAC, which have a material impact on Rippling’s enterprise value.

What You Will Do
Manage a 7-figure annual budget efficiently, hitting or exceeding targets by continuously optimizing channel and campaign allocations on paid social platforms
Develop channel strategy by understanding our products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics. Build experimentation roadmaps grounded in sound hypotheses and test and learn. Scale what works
Create a plan for scaling and testing email and review site channels to expand our audience reach of key personas in finance, HR, and IT across UKI and EMEA
Improve campaign efficiency by concepting more resonant creative/graphics, improving qualification processes and lead gen flow, and testing novel technological innovations
Build and manage relationships. Partner with internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales, and more to succeed
Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not, including SQL and Excel analyses
Proactively share insights and wins across the marketing team, identifying campaigns or tactics that Rippling can roll out across the organization
What You Will Need
3-5+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership mindset: motivated by owning a number, growth mindset, and openness to feedback
Cross-functional communicator: proactively and effectively marshal internal resources and external partners
Stellar written and verbal communication skills with an eye for good email and ad copy
Structured, data-driven problem-solving: ability to analyze data (SQL or Excel) to optimize performance
Inbox 0 mindset: prioritization and timely delivery across multiple projects
Hackiness and creativity, initiative, and speed in execution
(Nice to have) German fluency

This role offers a competitive salary plus benefits and equity. The salary ranges are provided below and may vary by location:
GBP 69,000 - 120,750 per year (GB)
EUR 78,000 - 136,500 per year (IE)
USD 126,000 - 220,500 per year (US Tier 1)
