The Opportunity This is a senior strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation''s targeted growth, innovation, and externally funded programmes. You will work as part of the Movement Support and Growth Department, which exists to support the conditions for local groups to thrive. Importantly, since it is a volunteer-led movement, your role will be to enable, influence, and strengthen the delivery of programmes to young people.
