Projects include new build, refurbishment & fit out works within commercial, healthcare, education and residential on projects ranging between -2 to -15 million. The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services at the best possible cost, quality, and terms. The role manages supplier relationships, negotiates commercial agreements, monitors purchasing performance, and ensures continuity of supply to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities. Manage Group-wide purchasing and sourcing activities. Identify, assess, and manage key suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and rebates. Develop strong relationships with strategic suppliers. Identify and deliver cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.
