Senior Graphic andamp; Interaction Designers provide senior-level leadership in visual and interaction design, ensuring services are intuitive, accessible, user-centred, and aligned with organisational goals and GDS standards.Key Responsibilities:* Create and iterate prototypes using appropriate techniques (eg, sketching, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, coded prototypes)* Demonstrate the value of prototyping to teams and stakeholders* Apply user-centred design practices within agile environments* Use quantitative and qualitative user data to inform and validate design decisions* Conduct user-centred analysis, translating insights into meaningful design outcomes* Build and test interfaces, contributing to both simple and complex systems integration* Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality* Communicate design concepts, insights, and recommendations effectively across ..... full job details .....
