Senior Grants Partnerships Manager Location: Fully flexible, with occasional travel to their Salisbury or London office, and national and international travel as required (up to 10-20% of working time) Salary: £46,500 - £50,500 per annum, including London weighting where applicable, dependent on experience Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, with generous flexible and home working arrangements Contract: Permanent Our client is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven fundraiser to lead high-value global partnerships, and help millions of separated children find their way home to family. About the Role As their Senior Grants Partnerships Manager, you''ll own a portfolio of up to ten large trusts, foundations and institutional funders at six and seven figure level, deepening existing relationships while opening up new ones across North America, the Gulf States, East Asia, Northern Europe and the UK. Working closely alongside their Programmes and Advocacy colleagues, and sitting within the Programmes team so you''re close to the work itself, you''ll research and win new donors, shape compelling proposals and steward the relationships that follow.
