The successful candidate will develop and deliver the grants fundraising strategy, build a strong pipeline of opportunities and cultivate high-value funder relationships, with a focus on six-figure and multi-year partnerships. They will lead compelling funding applications, oversee grant compliance and reporting, monitor income targets and forecasts and line manage the Senior Fundraising Coordinator. Working collaboratively across fundraising, programmes, finance and operations, they will ensure funding opportunities align with our strategic priorities and deliver lasting impact for communities and the environment.
