      <description>Location: City | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | IntaPeople are helping a fintech scale up in Cardiff City Centre to find a Senior Golang Software Engineer to join a small multidisciplinary team. You will design and build large-scale calculation services that powers their core platform. This is a hybrid role with 3 set days in the office per week. About you:  This person will be a subject matter expert for Golang within the company. They have some Golang capabilities in the team already, so this person will expand on that as well as coach and mentor juniors and mid-level engineers on their Golang knowledge. You ll have experience building scalable backend systems, along with a solid understanding of data processing, performance optimisation, and system design This is a highly regulated industry so a background in financial services or similar would be beneficial.
