As a Senior Global Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you\''ll lead the strategy and execution of global and regional lifecycle campaigns, owning activation, engagement, and retention initiatives across multiple channels. You\''ll work cross-functionally with global marketing, data, product, and design teams.Key Responsibilities

Own lifecycle marketing strategy for global/regional campaignsDrive user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivationWork with CRM channels like email, app push notifications, and in-app messagingUse A/B testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle segmentation strategiesCollaborate with product, content, data, design, and local marketing teamsLeverage growth hacking approaches to optimize performanceProvide strategic direction and campaign ideas to regional teamsAnalyze data and user behavior to inform and optimize lifecycle touchpointsCoordinate campaigns that align with performance marketing, SEO, and organic growthRequirements

8+ years in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally in a global tech or online-first companyExperience leading multichannel marketing across email, push, and product-based channelsProven expertise in campaign design, funnel metrics, and A/B testingComfortable with marketing automation tools and campaign performance analyticsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinkingAbility to operate independently in a remote, global teamFluent in English; additional languages are a bonusKnowledge of the crypto, fintech, or blockchain ecosystem is a plusWhy Join Binance
