Senior Global Freight clerk (Fine arts)

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Global Freight Clerk to join a growing team specialising in fine art logistics. This role will initially focus on freight operations, with a clear progression into a fully end-to-end logistics role within 6 months, including customer care and account management responsibilities.You will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of high-value and sensitive goods worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate international freight shipments (air, road, and sea where required)Manage end to end logistics processes after initial onboarding periodOversee key client accounts within the fine art sectorEnsure all shipments are handled with precision and attention to detailLiaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsProvide high-level customer service to VIP and high-net-worth clientsHandle import/export documentation and customs requirementsProactively resolve issues and manage time-sensitive deliveriesKey Skills:Experience in freight forwarding (air freight preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage high-value or sensitive shipments with discretionExperience dealing with VIP clients or key accounts is highly desirableExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident handling end-to-end logistics processes (or willingness to develop into this)Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under ..... full job details .....
