Senior Benefits Project Manager (12-Month Contract) Day Rate Hybrid EMEA Scope£350 - £480 Per DayWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading, global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Project Manager to join their EMEA team on a 12-month day rate contract.This is a senior-level role focused on delivering strategic and operational benefits initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance benefits policies, governance, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the EMEA Benefits team to review, redesign, and enhance benefits policies and proceduresLead end-to-end project management of benefits initiatives, from scoping through to implementationDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance frameworksOversee financial tracking, including invoice management, cost reconciliation, budgeting, and forecastingProduce high-quality reporting and executive-level presentations to support decision-makingEnsure accurate documentation of benefits plans, processes, and controls in line with compliance and audit requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and third party providers to deliver EMEA wide projectsIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency, governance, and reporting transparencyKey Requirements7+ years'' experience in Benefits, HR Operations, Project Management, or a related disciplineProven ..... full job details .....
