Multidisciplinary Consultancy

A Senior Geotechnical Engineer is required to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in the North-East. You will be required to lead and deliver complex site investigations programmes and geotechnical designs.

Senior Geotechnical Engineer - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, design and delivery of complex ground investigation programmes
• Preparing and reviewing factual and interpretative ground investigation reports
• Overseeing site investigations, logging and monitoring activates
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior team members
• Leading landslide investigations and providing practical mitigation and remediation solutions

Senior Geotechnical Engineer - REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Geology or a related discipline, with an MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered Geologist (CGeol), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional accreditation
• Substantial experience in engineering geology / geotechnical engineering
• Extensive experience planning and reporting on ground investigations
• Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Full UK driving licence as site visits are required
