This role involves leading ground investigation projects, providing technical expertise, and supporting the development of junior engineers. The Role Lead and manage ground investigation projects from start to completion. Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to engineering staff. Ensure quality assurance across all site works, data collection and reporting. Support Health & Safety documentation including risk assessments and method statements. Collect and interpret geological and geotechnical data. Produce factual, GIR and interpretative reports to high standards. Assist with project scheduling, tender preparation and client communication. About You Knowledge: Ground investigation techniques, soil mechanics, geology. Industry specifications, standards and contract documents (ICC GI, NEC3/4). CDM 2015 Regulations.
