Senior Geospatial ManagerLocation: Crawley - 2-3 days per weekSalary: £60,000-£70,000 + packageExperience: 10+ years The Opportunity An ambitious and growing business is looking for an experienced Senior Geospatial Manager to take ownership of the operational, commercial and people-focused development of its geospatial division. This is a senior management position for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of people, clients, commercial performance and business growth. With an established team of around 18 professionals and significant plans for further expansion, this person will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the division. This is not a heavily technical position. The emphasis is firmly on leadership, commercial development, operational performance and building capability, with technical delivery accounting for less than 10% of the role. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the geospatial division. Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 18 professionals, with scope to significantly grow the team. Identify future resource requirements and support recruitment and workforce planning. Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are appropriately planned and supported. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
