Senior General Manager Glasgow£80,000 - £100,000 + 30% Annual Bonus Our client is looking for an exceptional leader to support the business across multiple locations. The purpose of the role is ensuring safe, reliable and customer-focused services while driving operational excellence and sustained performance improvement.Reporting to the Service Delivery Director, you ll provide strategic oversight across operations and engineering, lead complex operational environments, and develop high-performing leadership teams that deliver results.The role also plays an important part in developing the next generation of operational leaders, creating a clear pathway to future Service Delivery Director positions.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end service delivery performance across the area, ensuring safe, reliable and punctual operations across multiple depots. Work in close partnership with Engineering leadership to ensure fleet availability, reliability and compliance across the area. Build leadership capability and succession pipelines across the area, preparing future General Managers and Service Delivery Directors. Ensure delivery of customer experience, punctuality and reliability targets across the area. Own operational risk management across the area, ensuring early identification and mitigation of safety, performance and compliance risks.
