Oxford£90,000 plus, and car/car allowance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme About the Role You will lead our new seven-year operation based at our Oxford plant, ensuring the successful delivery of logistics services. You will be the site lead, accountable for managing large-scale warehousing and physical logistics activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, picking, sequencing, and delivery. You will ensure the successful delivery of contractual service levels and cost commitments while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. As part of your key responsibilities you''ll: Lead compliance for Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, and Quality standards, acting as the site responsible person for all protocols. Define and deploy operational and commercial objectives that drive business plan growth and deliver on contract cost-down commitments. Monitor and maximise operational efficiency and profitability by managing cost levers, analysing data, and using Unipart Way tools. Effectively manage resources, including workforce planning, direct resourcing, agency provision, and talent development. Lead the customer engagement agenda to build robust relationships and facilitate long-term partnership growth.
