Senior General Manager Location: Poulton-le-Fylde Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus Scheme Are you an experienced senior operator who knows how to turn a busy site into a consistently brilliant one? We are recruiting a Senior General Manager for a well-established, high-volume hospitality business near Poulton-le-Fylde. This is a hands-on senior leadership role offering genuine influence across people, customer experience, commercial performance and operational standards. You will lead from the front, creating a positive and accountable culture while ensuring the site operates smoothly, safely and commercially. The successful candidate will enjoy being visible within the business, developing managers and team members, solving problems quickly and continually looking for ways to improve performance. Senior General Manager - The Role: As Senior General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the performance of the site. You will build a high-performing team, maintain exceptional standards and ensure customers consistently receive an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing the management team and wider site team. Driving operational performance against agreed targets and KPIs. Taking ownership of sales, profitability, labour, stock, waste and the overall site budget. Maintaining consistently high standards of service, presentation and quality.
