The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Fundraising and Grants Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will help strengthen and diversify Runnymede''s income generation and support the organisation''s long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of Runnymede''s fundraising strategy, identifying and securing funding opportunities across trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, consultancy, individual giving and high-net-worth individuals. You will also manage relationships with existing funders, oversee grant management and reporting, and maintain a strong funding pipeline. This role will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop compelling funding propositions and ensure fundraising activity is aligned with Runnymede''s priorities.
