Senior Fundraising and Engagement Manager (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Charity People is delighted to be partnering with YoungMinds to recruit a Senior Fundraising and Engagement Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. At a time when the mental health of children and young people has never been more important, YoungMinds is leading the movement to ensure that no young person feels alone with their mental health. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK''s most influential charities and play a leading role in growing supporter engagement, and building lasting relationships with the thousands of individuals, schools, communities and event participants who champion the YoungMinds mission every year. Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the London Bridge office Salary: £50,898 - £56,554 per annum Annual leave: 25 days per annum, plus 8 bank holidays and an additional 3 days office closure over the Christmas period. (The 3 working days between Boxing Day (26 Dec) and New Year''s Day (1 Jan). Pension: You will be automatically enrolled into the government''s NEST Pension provider and pay 3% of your qualifying earnings. The charity pays 5%.
