Base pay rangeAn extremely high performing Infrastructure Fund with $5-10bn in AUM is looking to bring in an experienced Fund Financial Controller. The role has two directs and requires someone with previous experience leading and managing a team. This role also has a lot of internal and external interactions and would suit someone that enjoys communicating and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Drive process improvement and implement best-in-class controls

Lead internal initiatives across financial products, reporting, and performance systems

Mentor and manage UK finance team members, fostering collaboration and excellence

Oversee fund operations, including hedging programs, subscription lines, and GP financing

Be the lead finance contact for MandA activity, structuring, and stakeholder engagement

Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and valuation processes (IFRS and US GAAP)

Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior execs, boards, and stakeholders

Manage audits, service providers, and quarterly reviews with precision

Support fundraising, regulatory filings, and KYC across group entities

Champion technology and systems to elevate data, reporting, and transparency
