Senior Fund Controller - Real Estate

We are recruiting a Senior Fund Controller for a boutique pan-European real estate investment manager with a very impressive senior management team and an established European investment platform. The business is continuing to grow and deploy capital across Europe, creating an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a high-calibre, entrepreneurial team in a broad and highly visible role. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Fund Controller will take significant ownership of the financial management and reporting across a portfolio of European investments, while working closely with colleagues across Finance, Investment, Asset Management and Development. This is not a narrowly defined reporting role. The successful candidate will have considerable exposure across the investment lifecycle and will play an important part in developing the finance function as the business continues to scale. Responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the financial oversight of investment and property structures across multiple European jurisdictions. Managing and challenging third-party administrators and outsourced finance providers. Reviewing management accounts, statutory financial statements and underlying financial information. Leading quarterly investor reporting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
