About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of an Automotive OEM, based in Leamington Spa, who are seeking a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join their team Job DescriptionAs Senior Functional Safety Engineer, your main responsibilities are:Delivering ISO 26262:2018 work products specified within the Functional Safety Plan for Items related to Assisted and Automated DrivingMaintain all ISO 26262:2018 Work Products for assigned Items including Item Definition, HARAs, Functional Safety Concepts, and Functional Safety Requirements.Own the development and execution of Integration, Verification and Validation test specifications and other relevant documents/analyses.Own the development of all planned ISO 26262:2018 work products up to and including the Item Safety Case.Conduct technical discussions with suppliers and technical partners as required.
