The Role This is a hands-on position - the majority of your time will be spent writing and architecting code, not sitting in meetings. you''ll work across a member-facing self-serve platform and internal tooling, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing improvement of live systems. you''ll also play a senior role in the team - reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and helping shape technical direction without it becoming a management role.
