Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead - Node.js / React / AWS

Location: Midlands - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite We''re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to join a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role - approximately 70% coding/architecture and 30% leading an onshore and offshore development team. The Role Design and build applications using Node.js, React and TypeScript. Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions. Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js. Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers. Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards. Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker and CI/CD. Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product and Business teams. About You You''ll have strong commercial experience with: Node.js - essential React 18+ and TypeScript - essential REST APIs and modern application architecture AWS and PostgreSQL Docker, Git and CI/CD Leading or mentoring development teams Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices experience would be advantageous.
