You’ll be hands-on throughout the full software development lifecycle, designing, coding, testing, resolving defects, and deploying solutions. You’ll also play a key role in sprint planning, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with customers and partners to meet business commitments. Your ability to spot risks early and solve problems proactively will be critical to project success.What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:Strong experience with Java (1.6/1.8), Spring, REST APIs, and Oracle PL/SQLKnowledge of microservices, Maven, Kubernetes/Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and ritualsExperience with JUnit, Mockito, TDD, and CI/CD practicesProfessional Experience:Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor junior developersExposure to public sector projects and BPSS clearance (or eligibility) is highly desirablePersonal Attributes:Detail-oriented, logical, and quality-focusedStrong communicator: able to explain technical concepts clearlyProactive, disciplined, and solutions-drivenCollaborative, and enthusiastic about team successWhat Success Looks Like
