This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Web3, ships code at velocity, and embraces AI-powered development workflows. Design and implement secure, gas-efficient smart contracts for gaming and predictionmarket protocolsBuild and maintain indexing infrastructure for real-time blockchain dataDevelop full stack dApps with exceptional UX despite blockchain complexityContribute to architecting of tokenomics and incentive systems that drive user engagementCollaborate on protocol design, economic modelling, and security auditsStay current with emerging standards and blockchain innovationsContribute to open source and represent the company at hackathons/conferencesCandidate Profile

Experience: 2-8 years in blockchain/crypto development with demonstrable on-chain deploymentsBackground: Previous experience at established crypto firms highly valued • Builder DNA: Startup experience, founded own projects, or significant open source contributionsAI Native: Daily user of Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistantsAI CLI / TUI preferredCompetitive Edge: Hackathon participation/wins (ETHGlobal, Solana Hacker Houses, etc.)Location: Fully remote, preference for Europe and Asia timezonesCommunication: Strong English proficiency for async collaborationTechnical Stack - Core Requirements
