The role is full time and permanent.The ClientOur client has an office based in North Down and is part of a wider UK group. The RoleThis role is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and/paraplanning support to a team of advisers and paraplanners. The role is focused on client service and client retention, ensuring that promises to clients are delivered. With traditional mailing and telephone calls, the role holder will ensure that clients are offered their regular financial reviews, collate review packs, and maintain the client records system to enable swift and accurate management information is available to Senior Managers.Principle Objectives and Responsibilities include the following:Providing research, analysis and technical supportPreparing recommendation reportsMaintaining client recordsAnalyse clients'' circumstances, objectives and risk profileIdentify missing client information pertinent to formulating recommendationsLiaise with financial advisers to query/challenge proposed recommendations where necessary...
