Their products have real-world impacts for defence and security. They are currently looking to hire a Senior FPGA Engineer to take a hands-on leadership role in technical delivery of projects as well as process ownership and team mentoring. The technical work will involve design of high performance FPGA architecture using Xilinx RFSoC as well as optimising DSP algorithms and integration of ML. Requirements: Extensive, demonstrable project experience with Xilinx RFSoC ideally for SDR systems. Strong mathematical acumen applied for DSP-fundamentals. Experience with VHDL design for Xilinx / AMD using Vivado. Experience in a leadership / mentor role.
