This is a senior finance role offering the opportunity to work closely with Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders, leading financial performance reporting, providing commercial insight and supporting key business decisions.We''re looking for a qualified accountant who can hit the ground running, with immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice essential.The RoleYou''ll lead the delivery of financial and non-financial performance reporting, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear, accurate and commercially relevant insight to support decision-making.You''ll manage a team of four and work closely with senior finance leaders, Investor Relations and the wider business, taking ownership of both internal performance reporting and key external reporting requirements.Key responsibilities will include: Leading monthly financial performance reporting for the Executive Committee and Board, including management reporting packs, balanced scorecards and supporting commentary. Owning key financial reporting inputs for trading statements and half-year and full-year results, ensuring accuracy, robust controls and effective governance.
