Senior FPandA Manager

Title: Senior FPandA Manager Location: Mayfair, London - Hybrid Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 Our client is a multinational energy group based in Mayfair, London, seeking to appoint an experienced Senior FPandA Manager to play a key role within the group finance function. The role will take responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis across the group, working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders across multiple international markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes. Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly management reporting, analysis and commentary for senior leadership. Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and strategic decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational teams to provide insight into business performance. Analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and other key financial and operational KPIs. Support the preparation of board and executive-level reporting and presentations. Provide commercial analysis to support investment decisions, business cases and strategic initiatives.
