Senior FPandA Lead We''re looking for a Senior FPandA Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a salary of £68,000 - £70,000 and a hybrid working pattern.Job Purpose As a Senior FPandA Lead, you will be a key pillar in ICAEW''s finance leadership team, driving a fundamental operating model shift from transactional process ownership to high-value area expertise. While you will remain hands-on in executing core finance cycles alongside the Senior FPandA Manager and your peer, including the collation of the monthly reporting pack, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, year-end closures, and rapid ad hoc requests, your primary focus will be on providing a strategic "second layer" of expertise to support and challenge the wider finance team.Additionally, this role acts as the internal business owner for the "front end" of our IBM Planning Analytics environment, ensuring that systems, templates, and workflows are optimised to empower the wider finance community.What you will be doing;Own and deliver end-to-end PandL reporting, providing clear, forward-looking insights across monthly reporting, forecasts, budgets, and year-end cycles for Executive and Board audiencesAct as a subject matter expert for key business areas (e.g. Membership, Learning, Tax), developing and maintaining driver-based financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.Partner with FBPs and finance teams to review inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure accuracy and robustness of ..... full job details .....
