This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant or FPandA Analyst with exposure supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, and experience owning the reporting and financial analysis function to join a team and drive forward automation and process improvement initiatives during a period of change. Day-to-day responsibilities: Deliver FPandA activities including budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Prepare, reconcile and review annual accounts, investigating variances where required. Partner with stakeholders to review financial results and support account sign-off. Analyse financial performance and provide insight into budget variances. Process society and editor payments in line with contractual agreements. Support month-end activities and trading account reviews. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls. Lead automation and reporting initiatives using Power BI, Power Query and Office Scripts.
