Experience within professional services is essential, with strong exposure to utilisation, recovery, chargeability, and partner-led environments.ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the annual budgeting, forecasting and rolling reforecasting cyclesDetailed analysis of utilisation, recovery rates, chargeability and productivity across fee earnersIn-depth revenue, margin and profitability analysis based on billed hours and fee incomeBusiness partnering with Partners, Directors and senior leadership to provide commercial insight, challenge performance, and support strategic decisionsHeadcount planning, cost modelling and capacity planning to support growth strategiesProduction of high-quality KPI dashboards and management reporting packs for partners and leadership teamsSupporting pricing, resourcing and workflow planning decisionsContinuous improvement of FPandA ..... full job details .....
