This role will play a crucial part in driving corporate performance through financial insight, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Lead the consolidation of group-level financials across entities, delivering accurate and timely management reporting for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and Board.Own and enhance the company''s long-range strategic cash flow models, ensuring clarity on liquidity, investment capacity, and capital structure decision-making.Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts at the corporate level, liaising with business units and functional leads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.Define and monitor key corporate-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management to support data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.Partner with department heads across HR, Legal, IT, and Finance to manage GandA budgets, track run-rates, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.Support the Head of Corporate FPandA and FPandA Director on high-impact strategic initiatives, including MandA integration, capital markets activity, and new platform developments.Candidate Requirements:5+ years post qualification experience in FPandA, investment banking, corporate ..... full job details .....
