This role goes beyond traditional reporting, with responsibility for providing financial insight across planning, investment, performance and long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling Communicate confidently with finance and non-finance individuals at all levels Develop financial models , business cases and sensitivity analysis from scratch Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance reporting Identify risks, opportunities and value-creation initiatives Develop and improve KPIs and reporting processes Build financial capability across non-finance teams Support finance transformation, automation and AI initiatives Mentor colleagues and contribute to wider FP&A initiatives About you:...
