This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a highly regulated production setting and is looking to develop their career within the pharmaceutical industry.This role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts:07:00 - 19:00 (Days)19:00 - 07:00 (Nights)Shift pattern:Week 1: Wednesday and ThursdayWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and SundayThe cycle then repeatsKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate bulk manufacturing equipment in line with standard operating procedures.Prepare, test and set up manufacturing modules, including CIP, SIP, pressure testing, filter integrity testing and autoclaving.Operate small and large-scale compounding systems.Manufacture pharmaceutical products in accordance with batch manufacturing records.Complete all batch documentation accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements.Monitor equipment performance and report faults or issues.Carry out cleaning and maintenance activities to pharmaceutical industry standards.Perform Clean In Place (CIP) and Steam In Place (SIP) activities.Operate autoclaves, airlocks and automated cleaning ..... full job details .....
