Develop Others. Are you an experienced Forensic Psychologist looking for a senior role where you can make a genuine impact? This is an opportunity to join a dedicated Psychological Services team within a secure custodial environment, working with individuals who present with complex needs, challenging offending histories and varying levels of risk. You ll use your psychological expertise to support rehabilitation, reduce risk and influence positive outcomes, while also playing an important role in supporting colleagues, developing others and contributing to the wider psychological service. The Role As a Senior Forensic Psychologist, you ll provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention, working closely with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include: Completing forensic risk assessments, psychological assessments and formulations for individuals with complex offending histories. Developing psychologically informed approaches to risk management and rehabilitation. Delivering and supporting evidence-based psychological interventions. Working with individuals presenting with complex needs, including personality disorder, autism, learning disabilities and trauma-related difficulties.
