Senior Foreman/WomanLocation: Longside, AB42 4XSRate: 28.53 per hourHours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)Duration: Until DecemberA leading construction and infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experienced Senior Foreman/Woman to support the delivery of a major Energy Hub project based in Longside , AB42 4XS.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience to take a leading role in managing site operations, driving programme delivery, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards on a large-scale project.Duties of the Senior Foreman/Woman include:Supervising and coordinating daily site operations and workforce activitiesLeading teams of operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficientlyEnsuring programme targets and project milestones are achievedMaintaining and enforcing high health and safety standards across siteConducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planningMonitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and proceduresLiaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate worksAssisting with planning and sequencing of civil and infrastructure worksIdentifying and resolving on-site issues proactivelySupporting overall project delivery through strong leadership and communicationRequirements of the Senior Foreman/Woman include:Valid CSCS CardSSSTS or SMSTS ..... full job details .....
