The role will focus on hydrology, hydraulic modelling and flood risk assessment, working across a range of development, infrastructure and catchment-based projects.The RoleDeliver Flood Risk Assessments, hydrological assessments and hydraulic modelling studies.Develop and interpret 1D and 2D hydraulic models using software such as HEC-RAS, TUFLOW and Flood Modeller.Undertake hydrological analysis using FEH, ReFH2 and other industry-standard methodologies.Assess flood extents, depths, velocities and climate change scenarios.Prepare technical reports, modelling outputs and supporting documentation.Provide technical input into flood risk management, flood alleviation and catchment projects.Liaise with clients, regulators, local authorities and other stakeholders.Support junior staff through technical guidance and mentoring.Assist with project management, fee proposals and business development.About YouDegree qualified in Hydrology, Geography, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or...
