You''ll ensure operational excellence by streamlining processes, motivating team members, and acting as the go-to resource for queries and training. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in flight administration and customer service.The role:Lead group allocations and group booking processesManage basic customer relations issues and escalate when necessaryEnsure accurate reconciliation and reportingStreamline team processes to improve efficiency and accuracyMotivate and support team members to achieve service and performance targetsAct as the primary point of contact for team queries and problem-solvingLiaise with CSC Management on training needs and development plansDeliver in-house systems training and flight training for new and existing team membersShare best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvementThe person:Minimum 2-3 years travel industry experience (flight operations preferred)Strong airline knowledgeProven leadership or team coordination experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work under ..... full job details .....
