Senior Fire Safety Programme Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have a new opportunity for a Senior Fire Safety Programme Manager to join the Guinness team on a fixed term contract, initially for a 6-month period. As a Senior Fire Safety Programme Manager, you will provide operational leadership across fire safety programmes, including Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions, fire door programmes, fire safety inspections, audits and associated remedial works. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day leadership of fire safety programmes, ensuring actions are effectively managed, prioritised and closed. Producing, operating and maintaining structured fire safety workplans aligned to risk, governance and financial priorities. Managing fire safety contractors and consultants, monitoring performance and driving quality and delivery improvements. In addition to bringing strong programme and action-management skills, you will have the ability to manage complex fire safety backlogs, competing priorities and regulatory requirements. You will be able to demonstrate: Excellent governance and assurance capability, including maintaining audit trails and working within regulated frameworks. The ability to analyse performance, financial, and compliance data and translate it into clear insight and recommendations.
