This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessor to take ownership of complex projects across a varied portfolio, including high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.The Senior Fire Risk Assessor''s Role The successful Senior Fire Risk Assessor will lead on delivering detailed fire risk assessments, including complex and high-risk buildings. The Senior Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for producing comprehensive reports, ensuring full compliance with current UK legislation, and offering clear, practical guidance to clients. This Senior Fire Risk Assessor will also play a key role in mentoring junior assessors and supporting the wider team''s technical development.The Senior Fire Risk Assessor will manage client relationships, attend site visits nationwide, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery.
