Develop and lead fire strategies for new and existing buildingsReview CFD and zone modelsProduce fire strategy documents across RIBA stages and Gateway 1-3Mark up plans using BluebeamPresent to clients, building control, and other stakeholdersConduct site inspections to ensure fire safety complianceWhat We''re Looking For

Degree in fire engineering (or related discipline)Relevant experience in fire strategy and consultancyStrong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and design guidanceExcellent communication and report writing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFull UK driving licenceChartered or working towards chartered statusBenefits
