The role will involve carrying out: Fire Risk Assessments – Types 1–4 Compartmentation surveys Fire door inspections Providing professional fire safety advice and producing high-quality reports Essential Requirements Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent Registered as Intermediate Tier or Tier 2 on a recognised fire risk assessor register Proven experience completing Fire Risk Assessments Types 1–4 Experience in compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections Strong report writing and client-facing skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West Desirable Experience undertaking External Wall Fire Risk Appraisals (FRAEW/EWS) would be advantageous, but is not essential.
